And when they began to sing and to praise, Jehovah set liers-in-wait against the children of Ammon, Moab, and mount Seir, that were come against Judah; and they were smitten.

And at the first notes of song and praise the Lord sent a surprise attack against the children of Ammon and Moab and the people of Mount Seir, who had come against Judah; and they were overcome.

Και οτε ηρχισαν να ψαλλωσι και να υμνωσιν, ο Κυριος εστησεν ενεδρας εναντιον των υιων Αμμων, Μωαβ και των εκ του ορους Σηειρ, των ελθοντων κατα του Ιουδα· και εκτυπηθησαν.
