that Jehovah sent a prophet unto the children of Israel: and he said unto them, Thus saith Jehovah, the God of Israel, I brought you up from Egypt, and brought you forth out of the house of bondage;

The Lord sent a prophet to the children of Israel, who said to them, The Lord the God of Israel, has said, I took you up from Egypt, out of the prison-house;

τοτε απεστειλεν ο Κυριος ανδρα προφητην προς τους υιους Ισραηλ, και ειπε προς αυτους, Ουτω λεγει Κυριος ο Θεος του Ισραηλ· Εγω ανεβιβασα υμας εξ Αιγυπτου και εξηγαγον υμας εξ οικου δουλειας,
