And the thing pleased the children of Israel; and the children of Israel blessed God, and spake no more of going up against them to war, to destroy the land wherein the children of Reuben and the children of Gad dwelt.

And the children of Israel were pleased about this; and they gave praise to God, and had no more thought of going to war against the children of Reuben and the children of Gad for the destruction of their land.

Και το πραγμα ηρεσεν εις τους υιους Ισραηλ· και ευλογησαν τον Θεον οι υιοι Ισραηλ, και δεν ειπαν πλεον να αναβωσιν εναντιον αυτων εις μαχην, δια να αφανισωσι την γην οπου κατωκουν οι υιοι Ρουβην και οι υιοι Γαδ.
