Εγω ειμαι ο αρτος ο ζων, ο καταβας εκ του ουρανου. Εαν τις φαγη εκ τουτου του αρτου, θελει ζησει εις τον αιωνα. Και ο αρτος δε τον οποιον εγω θελω δωσει, ειναι η σαρξ μου την οποιαν εγω θελω δωσει υπερ της ζωης του κοσμου.
