And the keeper of the prison committed to Joseph’s hand all the prisoners that were in the prison; and whatsoever they did there, he was the doer of it.

And the keeper of the prison put all the prisoners under Joseph's control, and he was responsible for whatever was done there.

Και παρεδωκεν ο αρχιδεσμοφυλαξ εις τας χειρας του Ιωσηφ παντας τους δεσμιους, τους εν τη οχυρα φυλακη· και παντα οσα επραττοντο εκει, αυτος εκαμνεν αυτα.
