And they gave payment to men who made designs against them and kept them from effecting their purpose, all through the time of Cyrus, king of Persia, till Darius became king.

και εμισθονον συμβουλους εναντιον αυτων, δια να ματαιονωσι την βουλην αυτων, πασας τας ημερας Κυρου του βασιλεως της Περσιας και εως της βασιλειας Δαρειου του βασιλεως της Περσιας.
