And the magicians could not stand before Moses because of the boils; for the boils were upon the magicians, and upon all the Egyptians.

And the wonder-workers were not able to take their places before Moses, because of the disease; for the disease was on the wonder-workers and on all the Egyptians.

και δεν ηδυναντο οι μαγοι να σταθωσιν εμπροσθεν του Μωυσεως εξ αιτιας της καυσεως· διοτι η καυσις ητο επι τους μαγους και επι παντας τους Αιγυπτιους.
