and Jehovah gave the people favor in the sight of the Egyptians, so that they let them have what they asked. And they despoiled the Egyptians.

And the Lord had given the people grace in the eyes of the Egyptians so that they gave them whatever was requested. So they took away all their goods from the Egyptians.

και ο Κυριος εδωκεν εις τον λαον χαριν ενωπιον των Αιγυπτιων, και εδανεισαν εις αυτους οσα εζητησαν· και εγυμνωσαν τους Αιγυπτιους.

And the Lord gave the people favour in the sight of the Egyptians, so that they lent unto them such things as they required. And they spoiled the Egyptians.
