I denounce unto you this day, that ye shall surely perish; ye shall not prolong your days in the land, whither thou passest over the Jordan to go in to possess it.

I give witness against you this day that destruction will certainly be your fate, and your days will be cut short in the land where you are going, the land of your heritage on the other side of Jordan.

εγω αναγγελλω προς εσας σημερον οτι εξαπαντος θελετε αφανισθη· δεν θελετε μακροημερευσει επι της γης, προς την οποιαν διαβαινεις τον Ιορδανην, δια να εισελθητε εκει να κατακληρονομησητε αυτην.
