even all the nations shall say, Wherefore hath Jehovah done thus unto this land? what meaneth the heat of this great anger?

Truly all the nations will say, Why has the Lord done so to this land? what is the reason for this great and burning wrath?

και θελουσιν ειπει παντα τα εθνη, Δια τι ο Κυριος εκαμεν ουτως εις την γην ταυτην; δια τι ο θυμος της μεγαλης ταυτης οργης;
