thou shalt surely smite the inhabitants of that city with the edge of the sword, destroying it utterly, and all that is therein and the cattle thereof, with the edge of the sword.

Then take up arms against the people of that town and give it up to the curse, with all its cattle and everything in it.

εξαπαντος θελεις παταξει τους κατοικους της πολεως εκεινης εν στοματι μαχαιρας, εξολοθρευων αυτην και παντας τους εν αυτη, και τα κτηνη αυτης, εν στοματι μαχαιρας.
