Και σταθεις ο βασιλευς πλησιον του στυλου, εκαμε την διαθηκην ενωπιον του Κυριου, να περιπατη κατοπιν του Κυριου και να φυλαττη τας εντολας αυτου και τα μαρτυρια αυτου και τα διαταγματα αυτου εξ ολης καρδιας και εξ ολης ψυχης, ωστε να εκτελωσι τους λογους της διαθηκης ταυτης, τους γεγραμμενους εν τω βιβλιω τουτω.
