And Hezekiah king of Judah sent to the king of Assyria to Lachish, saying, I have offended; return from me: that which thou puttest on me will I bear. And the king of Assyria appointed unto Hezekiah king of Judah three hundred talents of silver and thirty talents of gold.

And Hezekiah, king of Judah, sent to Lachish, to the king of Assyria, saying, I have done wrong; give up attacking me, and whatever you put on me I will undergo. And the payment he was to make was fixed by the king of Assyria at three hundred talents of silver and thirty talents of gold.

Και απεστειλεν ο Εζεκιας βασιλευς του Ιουδα προς τον βασιλεα της Ασσυριας εις Λαχεις, λεγων, Ημαρτησα· αποστρεψον απ' εμου· ο, τι επιβαλης επ' εμε, θελω βαστασει αυτο. Και επεβαλεν ο βασιλευς της Ασσυριας επι τον Εζεκιαν τον βασιλεα του Ιουδα, τριακοσια ταλαντα αργυριου και τριακοντα ταλαντα χρυσιου.
