And Shaphan the scribe told the king, saying, Hilkiah the priest hath delivered me a book. And Shaphan read therein before the king.

Then Shaphan the scribe said to the king, Hilkiah the priest has given me a book; and he made a start at reading some of it to the king.

Και απηγγειλε Σαφαν ο γραμματευς προς τον βασιλεα, λεγων, Χελκιας ιερευς εδωκεν εις εμε βιβλιον. Και ανεγνωσεν αυτο ο Σαφαν ενωπιον του βασιλεως.
