And Jehovah said to Samuel, Hearken unto their voice, and make them a king. And Samuel said unto the men of Israel, Go ye every man unto his city.

And the Lord said to Samuel, Give ear to their voice and make a king for them. Then Samuel said to the men of Israel, Let every man go back to his town.

Και ειπεν ο Κυριος προς τον Σαμουηλ, Ακουσον της φωνης αυτων και καταστησον επ' αυτους βασιλεα. Και ειπεν ο Σαμουηλ προς τους ανδρας του Ισραηλ, Υπαγετε εκαστος εις την πολιν αυτου.

And the Lord said to Samuel, Hearken unto their voice, and make them a king. And Samuel said unto the men of Israel, Go ye every man unto his city.

Yahweh said to Samuel, “Listen to their voice, and make them a king.” Samuel said to the men of Israel, “Everyone go to your own city.”
