And this was the work of the candlestick, beaten work of gold; unto the base thereof, and unto the flowers thereof, it was beaten work: according unto the pattern which Jehovah had showed Moses, so he made the candlestick.

The support for the lights was of hammered gold work, from its base to its flowers it was of hammered work; from the design which the Lord had given to Moses, he made the support for the lights.

Αυτη δε ητο η κατασκευη της λυχνιας απο χρυσιου σφυρηλατου· και ο κορμος αυτης και τα ανθη αυτης, ητο ολη σφυρηλατος· κατα το σχεδιον, το οποιον εδειξεν ο Κυριος εις τον Μωυσην, ουτως εκαμε την λυχνιαν.

And this work of the candlestick was of beaten gold, unto the shaft thereof, unto the flowers thereof, was beaten work: according unto the pattern which the Lord had shewed Moses, so he made the candlestick.
