And it was so, that all that saw it said, There was no such deed done nor seen from the day that the children of Israel came up out of the land of Egypt unto this day: consider it, take counsel, and speak.

And he gave orders to the men whom he sent, saying, This is what you are to say to all the men of Israel, Has ever an act like this been done from the day when the children of Israel came out of Egypt to this day? Give thought to it, turning it over in your minds, and give your opinion of it.

Και παντες οσοι εβλεπον, ελεγον, Δεν εγεινεν ουδε εφανη τοιουτον πραγμα, αφ' ης ημερας οι υιοι Ισραηλ ανεβησαν εκ γης Αιγυπτου, εως της ημερας ταυτης· σκεφθητε περι τουτου, συμβουλευθητε και λαλησατε.
