And there shall be a great cry throughout all the land of Egypt, such as there hath not been, nor shall be any more.

και θελει εισθαι καθ' ολην την γην της Αιγυπτου κραυγη μεγαλη, οποια ποτε δεν εγεινεν, ουδε μετα ταυτα θελει γεινει τοιαυτη·

And there shall be a great cry throughout all the land of Egypt, such as there was none like it, nor shall be like it any more.
