And his servants carried him in a chariot dead from Megiddo, and brought him to Jerusalem, and buried him in his own sepulchre. And the people of the land took Jehoahaz the son of Josiah, and anointed him, and made him king in his father’s stead.

And his servants took his body in a carriage from Megiddo to Jerusalem, and put him into the earth there. And the people of the land took Jehoahaz, the son of Josiah, and put the holy oil on him and made him king in place of his father.

Και οι δουλοι αυτου επεβιβασαν αυτον νεκρον εις αμαξαν απο Μεγιδδω, και εφεραν αυτον εις Ιερουσαλημ, και εθαψαν αυτον εν τω ταφω αυτου. Ο δε λαος της γης ελαβε τον Ιωαχαζ υιον του Ιωσιου, και εχρισαν αυτον και εκαμον αυτον βασιλεα αντι του πατρος αυτου.
