Now be ye not stiffnecked, as your fathers were; but yield yourselves unto Jehovah, and enter into his sanctuary, which he hath sanctified for ever, and serve Jehovah your God, that his fierce anger may turn away from you.

Now do not be hard-hearted, as your fathers were; but give yourselves to the Lord, and come into his holy place, which he has made his for ever, and be the servants of the Lord your God, so that the heat of his wrath may be turned away from you.

τωρα μη σκληρυνητε τον τραχηλον σας, καθως οι πατερες σας· υποταχθητε εις τον Κυριον και εισελθετε εις το αγιαστηριον αυτου, το οποιον ηγιασεν εις τον αιωνα· και δουλευσατε Κυριον τον Θεον σας, δια να αποστρεψη την εξαψιν του θυμου αυτου αφ' υμων·
