And Ahaz slept with his fathers, and they buried him in the city, even in Jerusalem; for they brought him not into the sepulchres of the kings of Israel: and Hezekiah his son reigned in his stead.

And Ahaz went to rest with his fathers, and they put his body into the earth in Jerusalem; but they did not put him in the resting-place of the kings of Israel: and Hezekiah his son became king in his place.

Και εκοιμηθη ο Αχαζ μετα των πατερων αυτου, και εθαψαν αυτον εν τη πολει, εν Ιερουσαλημ· δεν εφεραν ομως αυτον εις τους ταφους των βασιλεων του Ισραηλ· εβασιλευσε δε αντ' αυτου Εζεκιας ο υιος αυτου.
