And Jehovah called yet again, Samuel. And Samuel arose and went to Eli, and said, Here am I; for thou calledst me. And he answered, I called not, my son; lie down again.

And again the Lord said, Samuel. And Samuel got up and went to Eli and said, Here am I; for you certainly said my name. But he said in answer, I said nothing, my son; go to your rest again.

Ο δε Κυριος εκαλεσε παλιν εκ δευτερου, Σαμουηλ. Και εσηκωθη ο Σαμουηλ και υπηγε προς τον Ηλει και ειπεν, Ιδου, εγω· διοτι με εκαλεσας. Ο δε απεκριθη, Δεν σε εκαλεσα, τεκνον μου· επιστρεψον να κοιμηθης.
