η λιθον τινα χωρις να ιδη αυτον, εκ του οποιου δυναται να αποθανη, και ριψη επ' αυτον ωστε να αποθανη, και δεν ητο εχθρος αυτου ουδε εζητει να κακοποιηση αυτον,
