For which is greater, he that sitteth at meat, or he that serveth? is not he that sitteth at meat? but I am in the midst of you as he that serveth.

For which is greater, the guest who is seated at a meal or the servant who is waiting on him? is it not the guest? but I am among you as a servant.

Διοτι τις ειναι μεγαλητερος, ο καθημενος εις την τραπεζαν η ο υπηρετων; ουχι ο καθημενος; αλλ' εγω ειμαι εν μεσω υμων ως ο υπηρετων.
