that whosoever believeth may in him have eternal life.

So that whoever has faith may have in him eternal life.

δια να μη απολεσθη πας ο πιστευων εις αυτον, αλλα να εχη ζωην αιωνιον.

That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
