Thou meetest him that rejoiceth and worketh righteousness, those that remember thee in thy ways: behold, thou wast wroth, and we sinned: in them have we been of long time; and shall we be saved?

Will you not have mercy on him who takes pleasure in doing righteousness, even on those who keep in mind your ways? Truly you were angry, and we went on doing evil, and sinning against you in the past.

Ερχεσαι εις συναντησιν του ευφραινομενου και εργαζομενου δικαιοσυνην, των ενθυμουμενων σε εν ταις οδοις σου· ιδου, συ ωργισθης, διοτι ημεις ημαρτησαμεν· εαν διεμενομεν εν αυταις, ηθελομεν σωθη;
