By faith even Sarah herself received power to conceive seed when she was past age, since she counted him faithful who had promised:

And by faith Sarah herself had power to give birth, when she was very old, because she had faith in him who gave his word;

Δια πιστεως και αυτη η Σαρρα ελαβε δυναμιν εις το να συλλαβη σπερμα και παρα καιρον ηλικιας εγεννησεν, επειδη εστοχασθη πιστον τον υποσχεθεντα.

Through faith also Sara herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him faithful who had promised.
