And surely your blood, the blood of your lives, will I require; at the hand of every beast will I require it: and at the hand of man, even at the hand of every man’s brother, will I require the life of man.

And for your blood, which is your life, will I take payment; from every beast I will take it, and from every man will I take payment for the blood of his brother-man.

και εξαπαντος το αιμα σας, το αιμα της ζωης σας, θελω εκζητησει εκ της χειρος παντος ζωου θελω εκζητησει αυτο, και εκ της χειρος του ανθρωπου· εκ της χειρος παντος αδελφου αυτου θελω εκζητησει την ζωην του ανθρωπου·

I will surely require your life’s blood. At the hand of every animal I will require it. At the hand of man, even at the hand of every man’s brother, I will require the life of man.
