he is not greater in this house than I; neither hath he kept back anything from me but thee, because thou art his wife: how then can I do this great wickedness, and sin against God?

So that no one has more authority in this house than I have; he has kept nothing back from me but you, because you are his wife; how then may I do this great wrong, sinning against God?

δεν ειναι εν τω οικω τουτω ουδεις μεγαλητερος μου, ουτε ειναι απηγορευμενον εις εμε αλλο τι πλην σου, διοτι εισαι η γυνη αυτου· και πως να πραξω τουτο το μεγα κακον, και να αμαρτησω εναντιον του Θεου;
