Και απεσπασεν ο Μεναημ το αργυριον απο του Ισραηλ, απο παντων των δυνατων εις πλουτη, πεντηκοντα σικλους αργυριου αφ' εκαστου, δια να δωση εις τον βασιλεα της Ασσυριας. Και επεστρεψεν ο βασιλευς της Ασσυριας και δεν εσταθη εκει εν τη γη.
