And they rose early in the morning, and went forth into the wilderness of Tekoa: and as they went forth, Jehoshaphat stood and said, Hear me, O Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem: believe in Jehovah your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.

And early in the morning they got up and went out to the waste land of Tekoa: and when they were going out, Jehoshaphat took his station and said to them, Give ear to me, O Judah and you people of Jerusalem: have faith in the Lord your God and you will be safe; have faith in his prophets and all will go well for you.

Και εξεγερθεντες το πρωι· εξηλθον προς την ερημον Θεκουε· και οτε εξηλθον, εσταθη ο Ιωσαφατ και ειπεν, Ακουσατε μου, Ιουδα και οι κατοικουντες την Ιερουσαλημ· πιστευσατε εις Κυριον τον Θεον υμων, και θελετε στερεωθη· πιστευσατε τους προφητας αυτου και θελετε ευοδωθη.
