And it was so, that, when Solomon had made an end of praying all this prayer and supplication unto Jehovah, he arose from before the altar of Jehovah, from kneeling on his knees with his hands spread forth toward heaven.

Then Solomon, after making all these prayers and requests for grace to the Lord, got up from his knees before the altar of the Lord, where his hands had been stretched out in prayer to heaven;

Και αφου ετελειωσεν ο Σολομων να καμνη ολην την προσευχην και την δεησιν ταυτην προς τον Κυριον, εσηκωθη απ' εμπροσθεν του θυσιαστηριου του Κυριου, οπου ητο γονυπετης με τας χειρας αυτου εξηπλωμενας προς τον ουρανον.
