Notwithstanding in thy days I will not do it, for David thy father’s sake: but I will rend it out of the hand of thy son.

I will not do it in your life-time, because of your father David, but I will take it from your son.

πλην εν ταις ημεραις σου δεν θελω καμει τουτο, χαριν Δαβιδ του πατρος σου· εκ της χειρος του υιου σου θελω διαρρηξει αυτην·
