As for the living bird, he shall take it, and the cedar wood, and the scarlet, and the hyssop, and shall dip them and the living bird in the blood of the bird that was killed over the running water:

And he will take the living bird and the wood and the red thread and the hyssop and put them in the blood of the bird which was put to death over flowing water.

το δε πτηνον το ζων, θελει λαβει αυτο και το ξυλον το κεδρινον και το κοκκινον και τον υσσωπον και θελει εμβαψει αυτα και το πτηνον το ζων εις το αιμα του πτηνου του εσφαγμενου επανω του υδατος του ζωντος·
