therefore thus saith Jehovah of hosts, the God of Israel: Jonadab the son of Rechab shall not want a man to stand before me for ever.

For this reason the Lord of armies, the God of Israel, has said, Jonadab, the son of Rechab, will never be without a man to take his place before me.

δια τουτο ουτω λεγει ο Κυριος των δυναμεων, ο Θεος του Ισραηλ· δεν θελει λειψει ανθρωπος απο του Ιωναδαβ υιου του Ρηχαβ παρισταμενος ενωπιον μου εις τον αιωνα.

Therefore thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; Jonadab the son of Rechab shall not want a man to stand before me for ever.
