For they said unto me, Make us gods, which shall go before us; for as for this Moses, the man that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we know not what is become of him.

For they said to me, Make us a god to go before us: as for this Moses, who took us up out of the land of Egypt, we have no idea what has come to him.

διοτι ειπον προς εμε, Καμε εις ημας θεους, οιτινες να προπορευωνται ημων· διοτι ουτος ο Μωυσης, ο ανθρωπος οστις εξηγαγεν ημας εκ γης Αιγυπτου, δεν εξευρομεν τι απεγεινεν αυτος·
