If the sun be risen upon him, there shall be bloodguiltiness for him; he shall make restitution: if he have nothing, then he shall be sold for his theft.

But if it is after dawn, he will be responsible.

Εαν ομως ο ηλιος ανατειλη επανω αυτου, θελει χυθη αιμα δι' αυτον· πρεπει να καμη ανταποδοσιν· και αν δεν εχη, θελει πωληθη δια την κλοπην αυτου.
