And on this manner did Absalom to all Israel that came to the king for judgment: so Absalom stole the hearts of the men of Israel.

And this Absalom did to everyone in Israel who came to the king to have his cause judged: so Absalom, like a thief, took away the hearts of the men of Israel.

Και εκαμνεν ο Αβεσσαλωμ κατα τουτον τον τροπον εις παντα Ισραηλιτην ερχομενον προς τον βασιλεα δια κρισιν· και υπεκλεπτεν ο Αβεσσαλωμ τας καρδιας των ανδρων Ισραηλ.
