and there were also sodomites in the land: they did according to all the abominations of the nations which Jehovah drove out before the children of Israel.

And more than this, there were those in the land who were used for sex purposes in the worship of the gods, doing the same disgusting crimes as the nations which the Lord had sent out before the children of Israel.

Ησαν δε ετι εν τη γη και σοδομιται και επραττον κατα παντα τα βδελυγματα των εθνων, τα οποια ο Κυριος εξεδιωξεν απ' εμπροσθεν των υιων Ισραηλ.
