And Jehovah magnified Solomon exceedingly in the sight of all Israel, and bestowed upon him such royal majesty as had not been on any king before him in Israel.

And the Lord made Solomon great in the eyes of all Israel, clothing him with glory and honour such as no other king in Israel had had before him.

Και εμεγαλυνεν ο Κυριος εις ακρον τον Σολομωντα εμπροσθεν παντος του Ισραηλ, και εθεσεν επ' αυτον μεγαλειοτητα βασιλικην, οποια δεν εσταθη εις ουδενα βασιλεα προ αυτου εν τω Ισραηλ.
