Ya Sin · Meccan

إِنَّا جَعَلۡنَا فِيٓ أَعۡنَٰقِهِمۡ أَغۡلَٰلٗا فَهِيَ إِلَى ٱلۡأَذۡقَانِ فَهُم مُّقۡمَحُونَ

Indeed, We have put shackles on their necks, and they are to their chins, so they are with heads [kept] aloft
